This sounds like a firewall blocking incoming RTP traffic or a codec negotiation problem. Search this forum for possible resolutions.

I have the same problem. Callers can hear me, I switch off all Firewalls on my pc so it can not be a probleme of the firewall
1) everything is working fine only when i anser an incoming phone the callers can hear me.
Thank you for the help.

Wireshark dosen´t work:
The capture session could not be initiated (failed to set hardware filter to promiscuous mode).
Please check that "\Device\NPF_{8B32477B-6178-4D54-A5CB-8C98B9063C62}" is the proper interface.

I also tryd:
Man muß ***7469 wählen
dann öffnet sich ein advanced-settings-Fenster
dort filtert man nach: honor
dann klickt man doppelt auf den einen Eintrag
und ändert die Ziffer von 0 in 1
anschließend speichern und X-Lite neu starten...

Maybe a little humility could help you. I wasn't even talking about software firewall programs but an actual, hardware firewall. I don't have time to get into details but a firewall is not really (as most people view it) a thing that makes IP traffic difficult. It is rather a concept that can be implemented at different levels, in different stages of the Internet connection. A "firewall" is the lack of routing of all traffic and could be happening at your Internet Provider or anywhere on the route from the other party. So, you can never be sure that you don't have a firewall somewhere.
As for not being able to run Wireshark - too bad, but it is entirely your problem. It is meant to work, so if it isn't, there is something broken on your PC. If you want to analyze traffic, you'll have to make it work or do it some other way.
I regret that you are having problems. So am I - as I have written many times on this forum, SIP is a nice concept but it has turned into a horrible monster that is giving trouble in a large percentage of all cases. CounterPath is providing a free product and feels no obligation to support it anymore. And I can see one good reason for it - they have their hands full of supporting their paid products...
All I can do is wish you luck.
