XLite error - Call failed: 407 Proxy Authentication Required

Hi,

My xlite was working fine all this time until suddenly it started giving me the following error:

Call failed: 407 Proxy Authentication Required

I have checked my username, password and all other settings and have successfully forwarded all my ports (thats why it was working
well until now). My username is "sunnad".

I have checked my account rating which is -1.

I dont know why all of a sudden the service has stopped working. Pls advise - I desperately need help.

Also, I have called up my own Inum number from xlite and it rings on seperate line - which means I can call to sip numbers like sunnad@sip.voipuser.org or +883510009793886 (these are both numbers of my account i.e. "sunnad"). BUT SOMEHOW WHEN I CALL LANDLINES OR CELL PHONES TO INDIA, IT SAYS "Call failed: 407 Proxy Authentication Required" AND CALL DOES NOT GO THROUGH.

i solved the problem!

changed password on the sip-provider site and it works now.. as simple as that

I have configured XLite 3.0 in my system. Done the configuration with with help of User guide. But I'm unable to make calls. Call Failed : Declined. Request your advice.
